Welcome to Step UP
(Also any of my Attackers or Pumpers who have wandered into here, this whole thing started with the steppers but feel free to join in!)
Well, I’ve finally made it to the web! This is my first attempt at creating a blog, so I hope we can all learn about it together and use it as a great tool for all the things we discuss at the end of classes or while we’re hanging out on the ramp and waiting to get into the room.
So what are we going to do here? I am open to suggestions. Some to the things that have been mentioned in the emails that have shot around the group are:

A Discussion Board on weight loss techniques – What has worked for you and are you willing to share it? We all lose weight in different ways, perhaps many heads can help make the weight loss ogre easier to bear!

Measure Your Success – Rather than putting yourself through the torment of weighing in on the scales, we might put a mesurements link in here. Then every fortnight when you log in, you can update your measurements and see how you are going towards reaching your goals.

Anyway, the whole Step UP blog is just a notion, but one we might be able to use for our own success. Share your stories with each other. I’ll start if you like. And then, when you’re home alone and you can’t get to gym and you get the dreaded munchies, log on and have a little look around. It just might help keep us all motivated!
